We have an abundance of rosemary and herbs growing in our garden, which look and smell beautiful. Rosemary is one of my fave herbs and is high in antioxidants and immune boosting properties. A bonus from growing herbs is that I get to make rosemary salt which is now a kitchen staple in our home. About four times a year I harvest a big bunch of rosemary and pop it into a jar to dry out for a few weeks. Once it’s dry I mix it through the beautiful Celtic salt or Himalayan salt we sell in our bulk food range in bulk. You can just crush the rosemary and mix it through by hand or throw it in a blender or thermo if you want it finer. I use it in so many dishes. It’s super yummy on roasted veggies. Come in and grab some bulk salt or give us a call for a home delivery.
My little flavour secret
