Glyn, who part owns the store, has been hitting the organic markets for over 20 years. Glyn has developed many long term relationships with Victorian farmers which ensures our produce is bursting with freshness. Wherever possible, Glyn sources produce from within Victoria to reduce our environmental footprint and unnecessary fuel miles. Organic produce is grown and processed without the use of synthetic chemicals, fertilisers, or GMOs with a focus on environmentally sustainable practices. Organic food is not just free of yukky chemicals and pesticides but organic farmers take a holistic approach to food production and handling, and the whole system is linked.
