Rawsome Cookie Dough Balls.. don’t mind if we do! Don’t worry, these aren’t as naughty as they look
1 cup Lotus Super-Fine Almond Flour
1 cup organic pitted Medjool Dates
2 Tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
Choc chips, cocoa nibs or other additions
In a blender pulse the almond flour, dates, coconut oil and vanilla until it comes together as a dough.
You can substitute the coconut oil for another fat like cashew, peanut or coconut butter.
Add in your additions like raw cocoa nibs, rolled oats, desiccated coconut or chopped nuts and roll into balls.
Refrigerate or keep in an airtight container and enjoy.
For a version add 1 tablespoon grated ginger. For a Xmas cinnamon-apple version add 1 teaspoon cinnamon and dried diced apple.
